Product Manager

Everway is a company focused on creating technology that helps everyone understand and be understood. As a Product Manager, you will identify customer needs, shape product priorities, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritise product requirements based on customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organisational priorities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement
• Define product features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood
• Partner with Engineering teams to maintain a prioritised product backlog
• Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working
• Be accountable for delivering agreed product improvements in alignment with business priorities
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into product planning and decision-making
• Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience within software, SaaS, or a related environment
• Experience working within Agile product development environments
• Demonstrated ability to define, prioritise, and manage product requirements and roadmaps
• Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency
• Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
• Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling technology business
• Experience applying user-centred design principles and collaborating closely with UX teams
• Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes
• Experience working with product management and collaboration tools
