IT Project Manager (Active Directory)

Infosoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Active Directory) to lead and coordinate enterprise IT infrastructure projects with a strong focus on Active Directory. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project execution, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives across India and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects focused on Active Directory and identity management initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, security, networking, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and change requests
• Facilitate meetings with global stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple locations in India and Europe
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards
• Support continuous process improvement and project management best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience managing Active Directory infrastructure or identity management projects
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
• Willingness to travel internationally (20%–30%) across India and Europe
• sPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Windows Server, or Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience working with multinational teams and global IT organizations
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and enterprise infrastructure projects
