Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations:
Assist in coordinating care with specialists, ancillary services, and the broader healthcare team.
Completes annual training and annual educational requirements timely.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and professional practice standards.
Maintain required continuing medical education (CME) and stay current with South Carolina licensure requirements.
Performs other tasks, duties or responsibilities as assigned or needed for the effective, safe and efficient functioning operation of the hospital.
