As a Supervisor within the Economic Stability Unit, you’ll lead a dedicated team delivering critical financial and support services to individuals and families in need. Overseeing a diverse staff of analysts, specialists, and clerical professionals, you’ll drive the day-to-day operations. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:
· Supervise Economic Stability Analysts and Specialists, including training staff, resolving employee and client disputes, approving leave, and conducting performance evaluations across assigned units or multiple parishes.
· Lead the resolution of complaints and conflicts related to program participation by interviewing complainants, investigating issues, and ensuring timely and appropriate outcomes.
· Review staff work and case records to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in determining eligibility benefits.
· Identify error trends through case reviews, develop and implement corrective action plans, and provide targeted training to improve staff performance and program compliance.
· Monitor and manage workflow by retrieving assignments from the LITE Unassigned Queue and distributing cases to staff to ensure timely processing.
· Interpret policies and provide guidance to staff by maintaining current knowledge of program regulations, collaborating with regional consultants, and delivering ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation: This position is eligible for the following Special Entrance Rates (SER), as well as a Premium Pay of up to $2.00/hr for hours worked based on longevity.
