Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite, specifically PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter, along with hands-on experience in SmartCOMM. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Guidewire applications while supporting document generation and correspondence management solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and be capable of leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
• Expertise in Guidewire application development, configuration, business rules, workflows, data model, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM for document generation and correspondence management.
• Experience creating, modifying, and maintaining SmartCOMM templates and related configurations.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business processes.
• Experience with Java, Gosu, Guidewire Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
