Staff Full Stack Engineer

webAI is establishing the first distributed AI infrastructure dedicated to personalized AI. They are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of high-performance web and desktop applications while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring automated testing and smooth deployments
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the codebase
• Write testable code and the tests to go with it
• Participate in code reviews, sharing best practices and improving overall code quality
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows
• Architect complex state management solutions for large-scale applications
• Design and implement efficient processes for data processing, caching, and real-time updates ensuring scalability
• Provide technical mentorship, guiding engineers on best practices, system design and performance optimizations
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategies ensuring alignment with business goals
