Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Oxbow Talent is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organisation that's investing heavily in data, analytics and business intelligence. They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a high-impact team and help shape how data informs business decisions across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Business Intelligence & Analytics function
• Partner with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision making
• Design and optimise executive dashboards, reporting and KPI frameworks
• Build forecasting models and identify trends that improve business performance
• Develop scalable reporting solutions across multiple business functions
• Partner with IT to automate data pipelines and reporting processes
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support budgeting, revenue forecasting and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data teams
• Previous people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong experience with Tableau and Snowflake
• Advanced Excel skills with an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with Python, SQL or Power BI is a significant advantage
