Senior Business Analyst

CVS Health is a healthcare company seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support IT projects. The role involves leading requirement gathering sessions, working with stakeholders, and managing projects in a hybrid Agile environment with a focus on healthcare enterprise systems and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst experience or in a related role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects
• Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals
• Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
• Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment
• Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization
• Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion
• Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
• High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative
• Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components
• Prior healthcare industry experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems
