Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Oleria is an AI-native identity security company on a mission to make modern access governance fast, trusted, and effortless. They are hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to fuel their next phase of growth, focusing on turning marketing signals into qualified sales meetings and representing the company at events.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and act on inbound marketing and intent signals to identify high-potential prospects
• Run thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for our account executives
• Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and feedback loops
• Keep CRM data clean and pipeline activity well documented
• Represent Oleria at local meetups, industry conferences, and field events
• Generate, capture, and qualify leads from in-person and community engagements
• Help plan and run events that grow Oleria's brand and community presence
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and community members
• Coordinate closely with marketing and sales on follow-up and pipeline handoff

Requirements:

• A recent graduate or current student
• High energy, strong communication skills, and genuine curiosity about people and problems
• Coachability and a growth mindset — you want to learn the craft of sales
• Organization and follow-through; you do what you say you'll do
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or startups is a plus, not a requirement
