Data & Platform Engineering Lead | PE-backed Healthcare Firm | Remote (contract-to-hire) | $100-110/hr

Saragossa is a Private Equity backed healthcare firm seeking a Data & Platform Engineering Lead to revamp their technology stack. This hands-on leadership role involves designing and improving data pipelines and platforms to support various analytics and AI use cases in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your healthcare domain expertise and data/platform ownership and take the next step in your engineering career to undertake a lead role
• Set the direction and lay the groundwork for designing, building, operating, and continually improving the production of data pipelines, products, and the underlying Databricks platform needed to support warehousing, interoperability, analytics, and even some AI use cases
• Undertake end-to-end ownership of data engineering functions and setting up Databricks within an enterprise environment
• Utilize automation and experience with various platform or CICD tools within the Azure stack
• Core programming in Python and SQL

• Candidates who have an LLC they can operate through are preferred, though there is flexibility for W2 setups (rates will be lower however)
