ASSYST is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the modernization of legacy AIMS (Automated Investigation Management System) systems in Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite Role)
The project manager oversees the replacement of the legacy AIMS system by coordinating stakeholders, gathering detailed requirements, and ensuring the new RMS (Records Management System) solution aligns with the operational and investigative needs. They manage the project schedule, budget, and risks to ensure modernization efforts address long-standing system inefficiencies and integrate modern capabilities. The project manager directs vendor, IT, and business-unit collaboration to deliver a cloud-based solution with improved scalability, stability, and user experience for more than 900 statewide users. They also ensure smooth transition planning, including data migration, user training, and implementation activities, so the new system supports critical investigative, intelligence, and reporting workflows without disruption.
