Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist – Production Support (SRE/Finacle Support) to provide L2/L3 application production support for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, incident management, database troubleshooting, Unix/Linux environments, monitoring tools, and release support. Experience in the Banking or Wealth Management domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide L2/L3 production support for critical banking applications.

·         Monitor application health and respond to production incidents.

·         Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

·         Support SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase databases.

·         Manage Unix/Linux environments and automate tasks using Shell scripting.

·         Handle batch job monitoring and production scheduling activities.

Must Have Skills

·         Production/Application Support (L2/L3)

·         Unix/Linux & Shell Scripting

·         SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase

·         Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
