We are looking for an experienced Infios (Körber WMS) Consultant with strong expertise in warehouse management, supply chain operations, and Körber WMS (formerly HighJump) to support enterprise WMS implementations and optimization projects.
🔹 Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience with Infios (Körber WMS / HighJump WMS)
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes
• Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and solution design
• Experience participating in end-to-end WMS implementations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including:
Inbound & Receiving
Putaway
Inventory Management
Replenishment
Picking
Packing
Shipping
Cycle Counting
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support Infios (Körber WMS) solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable WMS solutions
• Lead solution design workshops and recommend best practices
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation
• Provide production support and drive continuous process improvements
🔹 Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating Körber WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, or warehouse automation systems
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation
• Retail, eCommerce, distribution, or supply chain domain experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
