Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Junior)

Job Summary

Sallie Mae is seeking a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support the design, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications, along with marketing automation, customer journeys, AMPscript, SQL, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and maintain marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Develop personalized communications using AMPscript and SQL.
• Create and manage marketing content across digital channels.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or ETL tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Required Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Email, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns.
• Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, Customer Journeys, and Marketing Automation.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Data Sync, or ETL integrations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
