Staff Software Engineer

Harrison Clarke Ventures is currently partnered with multiple tier 1 VC-backed AI/ML startups across HealthTech, Fintech, Greentech and AI within the US. We're on the hunt for Senior to Staff Frontend Engineers who know how to build 0-1 customer-facing AI-native products and have seen those products scale to Hundreds of thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be embedded with a high-growth AI startup, owning the frontend from the ground up
• That means shaping product architecture decisions early, working closely with founders and product teams, and building interfaces that make complex AI capabilities feel simple and intuitive to end users

Requirements:

• 6+ years of front end engineering experience, with at least one 0-1 product build under your belt
• Deep proficiency in React and modern TypeScript
• Experience scaling frontend infrastructure to support large, concurrent user bases
• A strong eye for UI/UX you care about what you ship, not just that it ships
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
