SENIOR FULL STACK (JAVA / REACT) DEVELOPER

SKM Group is a global professional services leader seeking a Senior Full Stack (Java / React) Developer for a high-impact project focused on cloud-native applications. The role involves leading the integration of AI tools into the development lifecycle and building scalable, responsive systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring frameworks
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React to ensure a seamless user experience
• Architect and maintain distributed systems within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Deeply integrate Claude and Cursor AI into your daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and automation
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical solution designs for cloud-native applications
• Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor the team on AI-assisted development best practices

Requirements:

• Senior-level expertise in Java (SE/EE) and the Spring ecosystem
• Proven experience building complex frontend applications with React
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design
• Advanced proficiency in AI-driven workflows (automation, refactoring, and LLM integration)
• Fluency in Czech is mandatory
• Ability to overlap with US working hours (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET)
• Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, and containerization
