Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta) | Affiliate & DTC Growth

Upside.Digital is Australia’s leading performance marketing agency that builds and scales high-converting brands across multiple industries. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of the complete Meta acquisition strategy across several high-growth DTC and affiliate businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Owning Meta advertising strategy from concept through scale
• Identifying new customer acquisition opportunities
• Developing creative strategy and testing frameworks
• Working closely with creative teams on winning concepts
• Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Analysing performance data and identifying growth opportunities
• Building repeatable campaign frameworks across multiple brands
• Helping launch new DTC products and affiliate brands

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing Meta advertising
• Significant experience scaling affiliate marketing offers
• Strong DTC/eCommerce experience
• Experience managing six and seven-figure monthly budgets
• Deep understanding of creative testing
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proven track record scaling profitable campaigns
• Google Demand Gen experience
• Google Search or Performance Max
• TikTok Ads
• Native advertising
• Landing page optimisation
• CRO experience
• GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam or similar attribution platforms
