Digital Development & Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Digital Development & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing strategies, managing the company's digital presence, and collaborating with leadership to support company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across SEO, web development, Google Ads (PPC), email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s websites to maximize user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates
• Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, Google Business Profiles, and other online directories
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns while monitoring return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Conduct website, SEO, and digital marketing audits, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
• Create landing pages, calls-to-action, and digital assets designed to increase lead generation and customer acquisition
• Analyze website traffic, SEO rankings, PPC performance, and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives, revenue goals, and long-term brand strategy
• Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, digital marketing technologies, and best practices
• We are also willing to consider contract-based professionals to begin the relationship

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, web development, and Google Ads (PPC)
• Proven experience designing and maintaining business websites with a strong focus on user experience and lead generation
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid search (Google Ads), analytics, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategy
• Experience with content management systems (such as WordPress or similar platforms)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
