Freelance Opportunity: Senior Digital Project Manager (Washington, DC)

Wonderfield Studio is a world-class branding and marketing agency serving real estate, hospitality, and startup clients. They are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to support a luxury real estate project, requiring expertise in managing digital initiatives and coordinating creative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support an exciting luxury real estate branding and marketing project with a nationally recognized developer
• Manage complex creative and digital initiatives
• Coordinate branding, websites, content production, photography/video, and cross-functional creative teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital or creative project management experience
• Exceptional organization, communication, and client management skills
• Experience with Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Comfortable leading client meetings, documenting action items, and keeping multiple workstreams on track
• Immediate Availability Required
• Must be available to meet with me in Washington, DC this Tuesday
• Must be available to tour the project with me on Wednesday
• Ongoing freelance/contract opportunity with the potential for a long-term relationship on future projects
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Real estate, hospitality, or luxury brand experience is a major plus
