Customer Service Representative (Remote)

In this fully remote role, you will assist customers with order inquiries, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, refunds, and account-related issues
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while following company procedures
• Build positive relationships with customers through clear, friendly, and professional communication
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Proficient English communication skills
• Previous customer service, call centre, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
