Founding Growth Marketer (Equity)

Navora is an AI-powered postpartum recovery platform focused on improving the postpartum experience for mothers. The Founding Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's organic growth strategy to increase user acquisition and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Own Navora’s organic growth strategy
• Grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Create and execute content strategies that drive awareness and user acquisition
• Turn conversations with moms into content people genuinely want to share
• Build relationships with creators, doulas, therapists, hospitals, and maternal health organizations
• Develop referral, ambassador, and community-led growth programs
• Test new acquisition channels and growth experiments every week
• Analyze performance, learn quickly, and double down on what works
• Help define how Navora grows from hundreds of moms to thousands
