phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy company that partners with industry leaders to tackle complex data challenges. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the success of data and AI solutions by connecting client business goals to modern data platforms and products.

Responsibilities:

Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products that solve real business problems, partnering with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders
Turn business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams
Define and track KPIs and success metrics across business, customer, product, and delivery; use data to drive prioritization and iteration
Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration
Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, surfacing risks early and driving alignment on decisions
Lead core product workstreams within broader engagements and manage day-to-day coordination and workstream-level stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise)
Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and communicate clearly with client stakeholders
Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance, and experience in change-heavy transformations
Proficiency with product/project management tools and openness to AI-enabled execution tooling; willingness to travel as required
Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products
Prior external consulting experience
Recognized as a go-to SME; comfortable with executive-facing communication
Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required by our clients
