Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support high-quality data delivery
• Developing and optimizing ETL processes
• Integrating data from multiple sources
• Ensuring data is clean, reliable, and accessible for analytics and reporting
• Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to define data requirements
• Implementing robust data models
• Enhancing the performance of data warehouses and data platforms
• Monitoring data workflows
• Troubleshooting issues
• Improving data quality
• Contributing to best practices and documentation for data engineering across the organization

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing to build and maintain scalable data infrastructures
• Candidates should possess solid Data Modeling and Extract Transform Load (ETL) skills to design efficient schemas and robust data pipelines
• Candidates should possess practical Data Analytics skills to support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
• Candidates should have experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., SQL, Python, cloud data services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and orchestration tools like Airflow or similar)
• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and data governance or security best practices is an advantage
