Customer Success Manager

Talentpluto is a bootstrapped, profitable startup building AI agents for the home-services industry. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship for a fast-growing book of enterprise home-services accounts, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Own retention and net revenue retention (NRR) across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Build the customer success function and playbook from the ground up
• Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership to deliver strong customer outcomes
• Travel to customers as needed (approximately 25% of the time)

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or another revenue-oriented role
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on expansion and NRR
• Builder mentality with experience creating processes from scratch
• Comfortable with approximately 25% travel
• Background in home services, trades, or field-service management
• Early-stage startup experience
