Commercial Lines Product Manager

Insurance Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead the strategy, profitability, and ongoing evolution of its Commercial Property portfolio. The role involves owning the long-term strategy and profitability while collaborating across various functions to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term product strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Own product P&L performance and profitability
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
• Build and manage the product roadmap from concept through implementation
• Lead product enhancements, state expansion initiatives, and portfolio optimization efforts
• Monitor business performance using KPIs and financial metrics to guide future strategy
• Influence product decisions through research, analytics, and marketplace insight

Requirements:

• Direct Commercial Lines Insurance Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of Commercial Property insurance products
• Experience owning product strategy, product development, and profitability
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate findings into actionable product initiatives
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing product performance and P&L
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Experience working within Agile environments is a plus
