DevOps Sales Engineer

Opsera is a leading AI-powered DevOps platform designed to streamline software delivery, enhance collaboration, and optimize development processes. The DevOps Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, deliver technical expertise, and build strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales: Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth
• Deliver technical expertise: Provide in-depth technical demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the power and value of Opsera’s platform
• Build customer relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their DevOps journey and ensuring their success
• Drive technical wins: Lead technical conversations, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to secure deals
• Become a thought leader: Share your expertise through webinars, blog posts, and industry events, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in the field

Requirements:

• Strong technical foundation: Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps practices, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, shift-left testing, Terraform, and solution architecture
• Customer-centric mindset: A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving prowess: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer challenges with innovative solutions
• Sales acumen: A track record of success in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the DevOps or enterprise software space
