VP of People (HR)

K Health is building the infrastructure for how America will access primary care through an AI-enabled virtual platform. The VP of People will lead the organizational strategy to hire, engage, develop, and retain talent while bridging corporate functions and clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business strategy into actionable organizational and talent strategies
• Drive People Ops strategy and execution across both corporate business functions and the medical/clinical organization
• Design, build, and implement end-to-end career pathways, engagement strategies, and retention initiatives for clinicians, supporting growth from 80 to 200+ providers
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle—including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, total rewards, leadership development, and employee relations
• Establish data-driven HR practices, metrics, and systems to continuously measure and improve employee engagement, retention, and operational efficiency
• Drive programs that reinforce company culture, foster an inclusive workplace, and support organizational agility during rapid scaling
