Technical Project Manager (Marketing Analytics)

Dice is a company seeking a Technical Project Manager (Marketing Analytics) to support their product development team. The role involves managing projects, ensuring execution of the roadmap, and collaborating with various teams to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate the vision and roadmap into actionable plans
• Ensure tactical execution with the team
• Identify blockers and dependencies as they arise
• Assess associated risks and proactively address them
• Work effectively with the team to drive progress
• Build on the vision and support tactical operations
• Manage day-to-day projects planning and management activities through team standups, project management tooling, project meetings, and eliminate/mitigate risks and blockers
• Initiate, schedule and conduct program & project meetings and follow-ups with engineers, decision science, business engineers, business analysts, and product managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or related fields
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and a passion for driving results
• 8-10 years of overall experience required
• Preference for a marketing analytics background, but not required or a strong preference if it would prolong the search
