Business Analyst with Veeva CRM

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Veeva CRM to support their client in Foster City, CA. The role involves acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams to facilitate the CRM implementation and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and program leadership
• Support the Next Generation CRM implementation and transformation initiative

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
• 12+ Minimum Experience
• 15+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise programs
• Experience working on CRM implementation or CRM transformation projects
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Domain experience - Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / Commercial Operations
• Understanding of Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Market Access business processes
• Familiarity with HCP/HCO engagement models and CRM-driven customer interactions
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
