Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative (Escalations) – Spanish Speaker

Red Oak Technologies is a staffing solutions provider that partners with organizations in various industries. They are currently seeking a Fluent Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support royalty and mineral owner inquiries in a remote call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from royalty and mineral owners, including Spanish-speaking customers
• Provide professional, timely support by verifying account information, researching inquiries, and documenting case details
• Manage customer escalations by using strong communication and de-escalation techniques
• Route complex questions or issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining productivity and service quality
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting call handling and documentation expectations

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish speaking ability is required (must be able to communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking customers)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center environment
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
• Experience using Salesforce, CRM, or case management systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting
• Oil & Gas, mineral rights, or royalty owner experience is a plus but not required
