Marketing Manager

Gratwick Enterprises, Inc. is building an interactive entertainment studio focused on live, interactive programming. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building the marketing department, managing the brand, and growing the community while also servicing outside clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build the marketing department
• Recruit, structure, and lead your own marketing team
• Execution across every subscriber-facing surface
• Manage Gratwick's presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook
• Grow and steward the insider community
• Service outside clients

Requirements:

• You have built something before, not just maintained it
• You are comfortable operating without a playbook, a budget, or permission
• You understand audience-building as a discipline, not a side effect of advertising spend
• You can lead a team and also do the work yourself when there is no team yet
• You want ownership more than you want a title
• Someone thinking about or already working toward building a marketing team
• Experience building an audience from zero is
• Direct experience in entertainment marketing is welcome
