Project Manager/Scrum Manager

Dice is a leading IT services company that values innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support and guide their Scrum and development teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed and facilitating smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum team in Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a buffer between the Scrum team and the Product Owner, ensuring clear communication and focus
• Maintain a safe, supportive team environment by proactively resolving conflicts and removing impediments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from concept through implementation
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Coordinate and interface with all project stakeholders, including end users, IT, client services, and cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and budgets
• Lead project meetings; track status, risks, and issues; ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee third-party tasks, and review vendor deliverables
• Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, addressing both technical and non-technical needs
• Identify project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
• Provide technical or analytical guidance to team members as needed
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and maintain project momentum

Requirements:

• Project management experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
