Project Manager with Market Access

Dice is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within the Market Access technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage SaaS applications and oversee project execution while collaborating with Market Access business teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of Market Access technology programs and projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and communication plans
• Establish milestones, dependencies, and implementation roadmaps
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines; Translate business goals into technology delivery plans
• Partner with Market Access business teams to understand priorities and business objectives
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution discussions, and prioritization workshops
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, and external implementation partners
• Manage project execution across the SDLC lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance and quality standards
• Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience with strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Market Access business processes
• Experience supporting Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes
• Working knowledge of Market Access business stakeholders and operational workflows
• Experience leading complex enterprise application projects; managing SaaS platform releases upgrade cycles
• Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities and experience managing cross-functional global teams
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Experience delivering enterprise application enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Tools & Methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery; Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Data & Analytics projects using Power BI, Snowflake, or Azure
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud or Patient Services solutions; Understanding of Omnichannel and CRM platforms
• Experience in digital transformation programs
