Location: Massachusetts (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to support and modernize enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, RHEL, WebLogic, Oracle, and DevOps, with experience in cloud migration and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and RHEL servers.
- Manage WebLogic application servers and Java/J2EE applications.
- Support Oracle RDS, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Develop Proof of Concept (POC) for migrating legacy applications to AWS cloud-native architecture.
- Automate deployments and operational tasks using scripting and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application delivery and reliability.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
- Expertise in RHEL, WebLogic, Oracle RDS, Java/J2EE, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Shell/Python scripting, Docker/Containers, and cloud migration.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JBoss, PostgreSQL, and healthcare applications.
- Familiarity with AWS modernization and microservices architecture.
