Top Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Write epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout Agile sprints.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases.
• Ensure payment solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements to payment products and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on payment system enhancements.

Ideal Candidate

• 8 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Strong experience in payment processing or financial services.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with payment APIs and integrations is highly desirable.
• Local to or willing to commute to Lincolnshire, IL.
• Eligible for future full-time employment without sponsorship.
