Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in the Telecom domain, specifically in Billing and Payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, and exceptional stakeholder and delivery management skills. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end program execution while collaborating with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in the Telecom domain, with expertise in Billing and Payments.
• Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communications Cloud preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager on large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, APIs, and CRM best practices.
• Excellent program, project, and delivery management skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
