Dice is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft to support and enhance Campus Solutions and related enterprise applications. The role involves serving as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, leading system improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Academic/Campus Solutions ERP and related enterprise systems and integrations
- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of new functionality, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive process improvements
- Design, support, and maintain integrations between ERP/PeopleSoft platforms and third-party applications
- Perform enterprise-level data analysis, reporting, query development, and data validation to support business decisions
- Coordinate testing activities, develop test plans and scripts, and support implementation of upgrades and new functionality
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, system administrators, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain application performance
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, and end-user guides while providing ongoing user support and training
- Act as a trusted advisor on ERP capabilities, system integrations, data governance, and business process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting or administering of PeopleSoft (Academic modules)
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems analysis
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft/ERP platforms, systems integrations, reporting, testing, and application support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
