Technical Analytics Product Manager

AmeriHealth Caritas is a health care solutions organization seeking a Technical Analytics Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of its analytics product portfolio. The role collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver user-centric solutions, conduct testing, analyze performance, and improve analytics products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and define detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer value
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user-centric solutions
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback to continuously improve product functionality, usability, and performance
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and inform future product enhancements
• Serve as the subject matter expert for analytics products, providing guidance and support to internal teams
• Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on product management experience, including at least three (3) years focused on data analytics product management
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories, functional requirements, and wiki documentation
• Demonstrated ability to generate and leverage product insights to drive business value, product strategy, and continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Databricks is highly preferred
• Experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred
