Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and reporting teams, transforming data into actionable business insights and helping leadership understand performance trends.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, financial, product, clinical, and client performance data
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify drivers of performance changes
• Define business requirements for dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics
• Partner with reporting teams to ensure data solutions align to business objectives
• Develop executive summaries, business reviews, client reports, and presentations
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
• Monitor KPIs and identify emerging risks and opportunities
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and reporting teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, healthcare operations, business intelligence, consulting or related areas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
• Healthcare, workers compensation, managed care, or insurance experience
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and Excel
• Experience supporting executive leadership and product teams
