Machine Learning Engineer - REMOTE

PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results.

Responsibilities:

• Use machine learning techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems
• Analyze and extract key insights from rich stores of customer data
• Research and implement ML algorithms for a variety of business problems
• Automate processes for analyses, model development, validation, and implementation
• General application data and performance analysis

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with Natural language processing (NLP)
• 2+ years experience with Free-text analytics
• 2+ years experience with Machine learning (ML) algorithms
• 2+ years experience with Predictive modeling and analysis
• 2+ years experience with Data visualization software
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker
