ServiceNow HR Senior Project Manager

Stridepath Consulting provides professional services focused on ServiceNow delivery. The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex ServiceNow projects or concurrent workstreams, managing delivery, risks, clients, resources, and agile practices while mentoring project managers. The role also supports pre-sales and internal initiatives to improve project management tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee large, complex projects or multiple concurrent engagements
• Ensure smooth Sales-to-Delivery transitions and team onboarding
• Develop and deliver kickoff presentations with partners and executive-level clients
• Lead and advise clients through Change Control and scope management
• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment, transparency, and trust in all communications
• Analyze CSAT trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
• Facilitate weekly status meetings, reporting on scope, budget, risks, and issues
• Lead agile ceremonies across projects to drive organizational agility
• Ensure timely completion of stage sign-offs in alignment with NOW Create and SDM methodology
• Maintain weekly PSA updates and manage complex resource scheduling
• Lead operational readiness planning, including deployment and best practices
• Proactively assess risks, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues to limit escalation
• Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and leading practices
• Mentor Associate and Project Managers
• Participate in pre-sales activities to represent project management expertise
• Support Project Delivery Team initiatives to improve tools and processes
• Collaborate with OCM and consulting leaders on internal initiatives

• Promote transparency and accountability across all projects and teams
• Demonstrate expertise across multiple methodologies, tailoring approach to client needs
• Communicate with influence, building trust with executives and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Professional Services Experience
• 4+ years of ServiceNow Experience
• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• ServiceNow CIS–HR Certification
• ServiceNow HRSD Professional Suite
• Industry Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster)
