Senior Solutions Engineer – (Sales/Application Security– Security SaaS)

Employvision Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support enterprise and mid-market sales opportunities in Application Security. The role involves acting as the technical lead throughout the sales process, helping customers integrate security solutions, and recommending appropriate solutions based on customer challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Become a technical expert on the platform and help customers integrate security solutions into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
• Own Proof-of-Value (POV) and Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements from planning through completion
• Configure customer environments, define success criteria, and demonstrate technical outcomes
• Create and customize security rules to identify vulnerabilities and demonstrate product capabilities
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to security engineers, developers, DevOps teams, and executive stakeholders
• Help customers improve application security processes while minimizing disruption to developer workflows
• Partner with Account Executives to support complex enterprise sales cycles
• Contribute to Solutions Engineering processes, enablement, and team best practices

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales Engineering roles
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving complex technical products
• Strong preference for candidates with Application Security, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Developer Tools experience
• Strong engineering background with previous experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Security Engineer
• Understanding of software development workflows, build systems, and CI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Buildkite
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage security engineers, developers, and technical leadership
• Experience with Application Security (AppSec) platforms
• Knowledge of SAST, vulnerability management, secure coding practices, or DevSecOps
• Experience supporting technical evaluations and enterprise customers
• Ability to read and understand source code
• Programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or similar
