They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the delivery of data and analytics initiatives, manage project execution, and ensure high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives
• Manage project plans, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and work allocation
• Coordinate activities across Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and QA resources
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities
• Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and business adoption
• Lead development and support of enterprise data pipelines and integrations
• Oversee data ingestion from multiple source systems into Databricks
• Manage development of Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets
• Review Source-to-Target mappings and transformation logic
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance of data solutions
• Drive adherence to engineering standards and best practices
• Lead development of semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions
• Ensure consistency of business KPIs, measures, and reporting logic
• Support dashboard development, testing, and deployment activities
• Coordinate report enhancements and analytics backlog delivery
• Promote reusable and scalable reporting solutions across business domains
