About this role
DAERO is the first AI suite for construction managers and builders, enabling data capture and coordination directly from the field. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work across the stack, from AWS infrastructure to event-driven backend systems and modern web interfaces, to build resilient, real-time products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement distributed systems and event-driven microservices
- Architect for scalability using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Work on CQRS, CDC, and streaming architectures to handle fan-out growth
- Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to integrate intelligent backend features
- Build performant frontend experiences with React / Next.js or equivalent frameworks
Requirements:
- You love full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and AWS infrastructure
- Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework
- Experience optimizing large-scale systems for performance and reliability
