Technical Program Manager – Marketing Technology & Loyalty (Remote | MN)

Dahl Consulting is partnering with a leading national retailer known for delivering innovative, customer-centric experiences across digital and in-store channels. They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs supporting their Marketing and Loyalty organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and business teams
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other business stakeholders
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
• Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery
• Facilitate program governance, including executive status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to establish roadmaps, delivery strategies, and implementation plans
• Track program health, delivery metrics, and key milestones
• Promote program management best practices and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or digital product initiatives
• Retail or consumer-facing technology experience
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations
• Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple systems and cross-functional teams
