Project Manager

SoTalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project execution from initiation through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure timely issue escalation and resolution
• Coordinate with multiple project leads, vendors, and regional teams when projects involve complex or distributed delivery models
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations
• Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery against agreed milestones and commitments
• Manage project finances, including resource allocation, budget tracking, scope management, change requests, and contract-related activities
• Define, communicate, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure a positive project experience and successful outcomes
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution and contingency planning
• Facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and governance processes across project stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standard operating procedures, quality frameworks, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines
• Track and report project progress, key metrics, risks, issues, and overall project health to leadership and stakeholders
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and closure
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing business demands
• Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
• Experience working within regulated industries or highly controlled business environments
• Familiarity with contract management, financial oversight, and vendor management processes
• Experience managing global teams, external partners, and multi-region project delivery
