Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

Phantom is the modern money app used by tens of millions around the world, combining everything needed to manage, spend, and grow money in one intuitive experience. They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack to lead feature development, optimize engineering workflows, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own feature development on Phantom web platforms including but not limited to the Phantom Extension and the Mobile App
• Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complimentary products and/or infrastructure
• Build engineering infrastructure to speed up and optimize workflows for the entire Engineering team
• Cross-collaborate with different teams as needed to create and foster a positive work environment as well as raise the bar for hiring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another closely related degree
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations
• 3 years of experience in hands-on coding and software engineer experience using programming languages that include but are not limited to: Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Java
• 3 years of experience in writing high-quality tests and testing infrastructure to validate systems
• 2 years of experience in leading software engineering projects from design to deployment
• 2 years of experience in monitoring and maintaining software systems at scale
• 2 years of experience in writing high-quality software design documentation
