Technical Project Manager – Life Sciences

Talent Groups is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry. The role requires a strong technical understanding of various technologies and the ability to manage priorities and anticipate risks effectively.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical project/program management experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, clinical research technology, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of several technologies such as Veeva Vault, Seqera/Nextflow, Dagster, Illumina BaseSpace, Posit Connect/Workbench, SAS, AWS, or IT infrastructure
• Ability to understand YAML, configuration-as-code, pipeline manifests, Git, and version-controlled technical artifacts
• Working knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), data integrity, and regulated environments
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, anticipate risks, and stay ahead of deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
