Generative AI Engineer – DevEx

Modern Football Technology is the leading real-time football analytics platform, revolutionizing how teams utilize data for competitive advantages. They are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join their AI Engineering team, focusing on enhancing the developer experience through generative AI and data science.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage generative AI models and data-driven insights to create innovative developer tools within Modern Football’s ecosystem
• Lead end-to-end AI research and development: data preparation, experimentation, production deployment, and performance evaluation
• Develop and optimize LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures
• Partner with software engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions
• Design and conduct experiments to measure and improve model performance and overall system impact
• Collaborate on defining AI/ML best practices, tooling standards, and long-term data strategies for the Developer Experience (DX) group
