Sales Development Representative

Boost Security is a fast-growing company focused on developer security, providing innovative solutions for protecting development environments. They are hiring Sales Development Representatives to identify and qualify new opportunities, engage with customers, and drive outbound campaigns to fuel their sales engine.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect into target accounts through multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
• Research and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers, their priorities, and where Boost Security fits
• Run and continuously refine outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagement and reply rates
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against clear criteria before handoff
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with clean, useful context
• Keep CRM data accurate and current pipeline hygiene is part of the job, not an afterthought
• Stay sharp on Boost Security's product roadmap and the competitive AppSec/supply chain security landscape
• Share what you're hearing from prospects with Marketing and Product in regular feedback loops

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with confidence engaging technical buyers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about cybersecurity you don't need to be technical yet, but you want to become fluent
• Comfort with cold outreach, objection handling, and booking qualified meetings
• Hands-on experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to research accounts, draft sequences, or speed up prospecting
